keke EA released three (!) patches within a week, not too bad.

though one patch caused new problems because it has't been tested enough lol

lol hehe

i played it offline and i disliked the whole game system... i mean the units in the different ages couldnt be upgraded anymore after some time (e.g. crossbowmen) so I was really unsure which age was the best to stay in for a while and train an army. Should I stay in the stone age and mass some clubmen (?)? Or should I rather mass knights? Or is my goal to reach the "last" age? No clue..

Also I disliked the graphics

From what I've heard, EE2 wasnt so great aswell

EE2 didnt run on my system, so i dont know

EE1 however was the most komplex game i've ever played with thousands of units, upgrades, ages,....<3

EE2 was crap from what I heard, but EE had it's qualities for sure. It wasn't that complex, there were for each starting age just a few possible tactics... but it was relatively fast and micro intense (counter system and unit handling). It was quite fun to play online actually. But well, we know taste is different...

I didnt play online tho And I have to say it sux offline... then again, AoE3 is about one of the worst single player games imo. The AI is way too dumb and it just doesnt feel right.

As RTS offline games I liked AoC and the round based RTW/M2TW. My favourite offline games in general have to be some RPGs such as Oblivion.

Online I like aoe3 best.

I also played EE only offline

yet, the campaign was really, really great and suspense-packed imho
therefore i say its complex, maybe it isnt when u play it online for a long time...

however, one of the best RTS i've ever played

ok... back to the topic:

CnC3 gets an EPS in summer 2007.

And another tournament has been announced with total prizes of 1750 euros... not bad. http://www.figh7club.de/
